Puppet Mouth Mechanism

In the video "HOW TO MAKE A FOAM PUPPET PART 2 - FOAM CARVING & CREATING MECHANISMS" He makes a basic mouth mechanism. I was wondering if anyone had a template or instructions for something similar that they have done. I don't know why, but I am having trouble making one following along with the video. It's exactly what I want to build but I just need step by step in front of me.

    Hi Chad,

    Sometimes I find watching the lesson a couple times and taking notes helps me remember and reference all the steps in a process for when I try and do the build myself.

    I don't know of any templates or writeups from others who have tried building this mech, but if you have any specific questions I can try and help!
