This was a fun project/costume to make. The mouth piece was done with casting material, latex, fake nails and paint. The costume was soaked in coffee and tea for a week to get the grimy look. I also had to sew on the ruffles that were actually made out of short curtains from the thrift store. This costume only cost me about $30 to make.
