The night queen from game of thrones
If the night king had a queen. This is what she would look like. I made my costume out of faux leather. My shoulder pads are made of rubber car floor mats wrapped in fabric. I made a face cast of my face and molded a latex prosthetic. I used polymorph plastic beads to make my nails and painted them with acrylic paint.
