Platsil Gel 00-20 or 00-30/Ecoflex 20 or 30 for breats?

So I need to make some really realistic breast. Saggy old lady ones specifically. I'm pretty new to what silicones to use for what. Ideally I would deaden one of these to do the breast tissue and then skin them in either the 00-20/20 or the 00-30/30. But if I can't would want the best one to just cast solid. Also can you add any deadener to these or is it just not needed? Thank you.

The lower the number (like 00) the softer the silicone would be. You can add deadener to a 00 as well. You just need to find the right balance of softness and ability to hold shape, but for your case you may be able to get away with going softer. Just don't add too much deadener.
