Retargeter plugin

I'm re-watching last weeks course and got stuck at 46:00 where Craig starts the Faceware plugin.
I've looked in the Plug-in Manager (Windows/Settings/Preferences/Plug-In Manager) and it says that retargeterNodes.mll is loaded, but the button for the dropdown menu isn't visible (on Craig's screen it's between the "Phoenix FD" and the "Help" button.
Am I doing something wrong / looking in the wrong place?
