A Grimm Dark Knight-HEROES/VILLAINS

After changing ideas and concepts many times (starting out as a tribute to 'The Killing Joke') I decided, what would a fairytale, Brother's Grimm Batman/Joker be like? 
I see the Joker as an evil forest elemental, much like a faerie, who appears in trees.
