Heroes and Villians Contest - Sexy Ursula
My name is Liz Marek and this is my chocolate sculpture based on the illustration by Elias Chatzoudis. I know that sounds a bit odd but I am a cake decorator and instructor and specialize in sculpted cakes so this kind of thing is pretty normal in my world. After she was sculpted, I airbrushed her with alcohol and food coloring and hand painted some other details. I love this version of Ursula 
This was made out of chocolate, fondant and sugar and took me about two weeks. Scale is 1:2. Her eyes are made out of sugar with potato starch transfer sheets then glazed with confectioners glaze to make them shiny. Eyelashes are falsies (not edible). My website is www.sugargeekshow.com
