Foam Latex Oven Insulation?

edited August 2017 in Lab work
I found a tutorial to make a foam latex oven and have found all the supplies listed other than two. These are "foil sided composite board" and "foil sided foam insulation board (1/2" width)". What is an acceptable substitution for these? Would it just be reflective insulation? I can't find anything online about these materials.

Any type of reflective insulation that is not flammable should work.  Most hardware stores and big box stores like Home Depot sell reflective insulation.  Sometimes this type of product is referred to as "aluminized" as well, but "reflective" is usually a good key word when searching.
