A question about getting into the film industry...
So I have a background in Theatre Arts and was wanting to make the transition from stage to film. I was not sure how to go about doing that. I just started taking some of the webinars and tutorials through SWSCA and think they are great. Right now I am doing things for hobby instead of pay, but eventually I would like to turn this into a career. How would I go about doing that? I currently living in Atlanta where the film industry is growing but there arent any special FX studios in the area. Do I need to move to California to do this type of work?
