Lady Pyramid Head

i started by making the skin apron version of PH from the movie silent hill. With the open back. Then I turned him into a pin up. I constructed the head from scratch. I also made the apron, top and one piece suit (for pin up version) by hand sewing a bunch of different sized flesh type fabric together to give it that "I just stitched a bunch of peeps skin together" look. The great knife is made of stacked wood. Luckily he drags the knife in the movie cause it was super heavy so I just dragged it too. Later on I ended up adding the notches and revamping it.
