Hey thanks for this opportunity to let us show our creativity, my spartan was built from Eva foam, and And foam sheets for the undersuit patterns, for the helmet visor was needed to built a vaccum forming machine and automotive bondo and resin.

    Oh my word this is so awesome! I'm looking to make my own set of armour but was unsure as to which material I should use. I would like to start by trying to make a rogue spartan helmet but I can't find proper templates anywhere. Did you use pepakura to get the profile of the helmet? I also wanted to ask how long it took you to make that suit, since I can guess it can be quite time consuming.
