Melissa you may want to flip your servos so that the horn is at the top, where you're going to mount the u-joint. That looks like nice clean metal work!

Progress so far. Just need to attach the head and recenter my servo horns so I have appropriate start/end movement points.

Very nice! Looks like no binding on the tilt ball joints of the neck. Great movement.

Cleaned up some of my movement and added a partial prototype head. Please excuse the eyes. These are plastic Halloween toys I used as a place holder while I tinkered.
