Looks good David! What does your skull weigh? It moves really smooth.

@Cyril Wichers the skull is all Styrofoam, very light. Plus the neck rotation is direct drive, I think that helps.

Hmm. I can barely keep the main axle stationary using my hands when I move the head at full speed. There seems to be quite a bit of leverage in the system. Using a 2lb head doesn't help...
