Animatronic pirate I've been working on for Halloween. The head, wrist and neck are servos and everything else is pneumatic.

Nice...   What did you use to control and sequence the action and sound?

I used a boobox controller from frightprops.com. I programmed the audio into the controller and all of the solenoids and servos plug into it and I programmed the movements to the audio.
