what imdb credit do I receive?

I recently designed, carved and completed a gigantic foam statue for a short film.  The producers are unsure of the credit title to give me on IMDB. 

Most of my credits lean towards set/art direction, but I'm definitely looking to move towards prop design/fabrication.

What's the best/accurate credit to request with this goal in mind?

    You could go under the category of "Art Department" or "Special Effects"  in this case "Art Department" would likely be the best fit.

    Credit would be:  sculptor
