Why Does Jurassic Park’s Effects Still Look Great After All These Years?

I recently found this video in an article on Nerd Approved (a great blog) that talks a bit about the use of CGI, and how Jurassic Park still holds up today, even though the CGI in movies made decades later often don't hold up.
