"The Mayor"
This is "The Mayor" like my first entry he comes from a far away universe where the dominant species are animal humanoid hybrids. In this universe much like ancient Egypt cat like creatures are revered as royalty. I designed, sculpted, cast, painted, and applied this makeup.
