My version of RE Nemesis(life sized figure)

Hi! This was my first life sized project. I used ABS piping for the armature. The body is made of rigid foam and stands 7ft 2". The head, shoulders, hands & forearms are silicone. I had the costume, custom made(That was expensive!!...I need to take up sewing!) I think he turned out ok.....but if I made another one I wouldn't choose the ABS piping again. Does anyone have any other suggestions for armature for something this big?
