Help! I can't play my Jurassic park reunion stream!

Hi everyone,
For the past 2 days I've been trying to play the Jurassic park reunion event and it won't play. I bought and paid for it and have myself logged into youtube and it won't play. To add insult to injury my order history now says I've been charged $99 instead of the $20 price from a few days ago.
Maybe this website doesn't agree with tablet owners? I'm using a kindle btw. Anyway if someone could please help me fix this I'd be greatly appreciative. Thanks.
