Foam latex

Ive watched the full tutorials on foam latex. however I'm still not 100% sure what additives are in the latex to make the foam? (curing,gelding agents and the soaps that make it whip?) 

a shopping list would be very helpful if someone could construct one from me !

Foam latex contains the following ingredients:

1. Latex Base
2. Foaming Agent
3. Curing Agent
4. Gelling Agent
5. And pigment if you desire

Can anyone tell me where I can buy foam latex oven?
Or I can use regular baking oven?

You can use a regular oven, but it is not recommended to use the same oven your plan on cooking food in.   Also, with a regular oven you are limited to running small molds.

Most foam ovens are custom built.

They don't need to get super hot, so they are relatively easy to build.  You just need to operate them in a safe area, with a fire extinguisher near by, and supervise them at all times.
