steampunk mandroid skull

skull sculpted in clay, molded and cast in solid resin in 1/1 scale weighing 6.5 lbs. It was given detail by hand using a dremel multi tool and texture using bondo and a chip brush, last it was painted using spray paint and thin washes of acrylic paint and sealed with matte clearcoat.

Backstory:
This steam driven mandroid skull was found seized up and rusting away in the armory of a downed pirate airship. It is believed to be one of the first models of its kind, it's sole purpose was to aid in the carnage and bloodshed of any and all enemies of the pirates who controlled it. Sadly the rest of the machine was beyond salvage and the skull is all that remains. It's former glory gone and all that is left is the orange glow of it's rusted remains.
