Releasing my sculpt from the armature

Having problems releasing my sculpt from my armature any suggestions ?

You'll most likely have to cast it in order to to achieve that goal.

Always a great idea to do a test run. You'll definitely need to mold/cast that to do anything with it. 

There are a some great tutorials here on making molds.

The Rob Freitas series on mold making is absolutely invaluable.

The Alec Gillis tutorial on making a monster suit has some great information on the whole process that you are looking for.

While that doesn't directly answer your question, I believe it points you right to the answer, especially the Alec Gillis one.

Doing a dick smith course and it will be a werewolf piece. I'm suppose to separate the pieces to make it easier for application I can't get my sculpt off without ruining it. I tried soaking in water for an hour but still won't release should I just leave it and make the mold from the amature?

Yeah I'm going to pray to mold Gods and get it done. If I want to make gelatin piece should I pure it the gypsum mold by itself or make sure the amature is used to form it? I think know the answer. But just double checking
