1/20th Scale Tyrannosaurus Rex Skeleton Model
This is my first attempt at any sort of model skeleton. The scale and dimensions for the model were based on "Sue" which is the nickname given to specimen FMNH PR 2081 discovered in 1990. The skeleton is mounted on a hollow base which has four 12V globes hidden in it which illuminates the skeleton from below. The model has a very thorough armature made from a combination of steel, aluminium and brass. The bones were then sculpted over this.
