Sierra Madre California Haunted House for a charity. Paid event in need of a lead
Hello all I was asked to do a Haunted House for a charity in Sierra Madre Ca. budget of 1,500 and paid a portion of the proceeds and I need some help. I am a creative I like to make the monsters, animatronics, etc. but never was in charge of running the event so I am looking for a Lead to help make things run smoothly and/or other creatives who have created haunted house events before or just want to help. All suggestions and information from creators who have done these types of events, that they may want to share is welcome and appreciated. Also liability info. Thank you in advance
