muscle suit casting
Hello everyone! I have 3D print files for a full body male muscle suit, based off of the batfleck designs. I want to cast the files from a flexible foam like flex foam it however I need some advice on how to get good casts that can be glued down to a suit. do I use a firmer foam with less expansion and slush cast it into the mold or just brush in layers until I get the thickness I want? posting a photo of what the models look like
