What do I do if I encounter a playback error

I recently signed up for a monthly subscription and as I was watching a few videos on building a animatronic the videos just stopped working altogether. Is this a technical issue on the website and or is there something I need to do? I already tried clearing my cashe on my browser and that didn’t help.

    Here's some info that may help us figure out what's going on:
    • Which course were you watching, and was it a specific chapter that had an issue?
    • What OS and Web Browser are you using?
