Billing issues and cancellation.
I signed in to try and use the discount and when I try to manage subscription I only get the options to cancel or downgrade it. Do I have to delete my account? I can’t wait a week for someone to respond. I’m thinking of deleting it and canceling everything anyway but I can’t reach anyone about my card being locked.
