Glitch Stitch
My four year old wanted to be Glitch Stitch for Trick or Treat. Over the summer a neighbor was throwing out a bunch of foam so I grabbed it all for future projects, and this head is made entirely out of that. I started with six pieces of foam stacked, and I carved it all using an electric filet knife. The eyes are two halves of a plastic globe ornament, illuminated by LEDs. I spray foamed in an old bike helmet for ease of wearing, and used Styrofoam cones for teeth.
