I made Pennywise cosplay this year from scratch.
My friends helped me to make a lifecast of my head so I can sculpt Pennywise prosthetics.

I decided to cut the head into four pieces and this technique is new for me - foam latex cowl, incapsulated silicone forehead and two silicone cheeks.
Wig was 50% knitted by hand by my wife, she dealt with it for the first time and found out that she’s good at it:)
Other 50% is traced. Also wig is 50/50 natural and synthetic hair.

Costume - I found an instagram post of original “It”
movie 2017 costume designer Janie Bryant where I found an info about what fabric they used for Pennywise costume and I found almost the same fabric for myself. Indian silk dupion. And my tailor helped me bring this costume to life. Then I sew on top details and weathered costume.

Also I made teeth - rabbit ones and shark ones. Sculpted it on top of plaster copy of my teeth, mold it with silicone and cast it with acrylic resin.
