Morîngon - Orc Witch inspired by Minas Morgul and the Lord of the Rings
Hello everyone!

I would like to present to you my original Character that I designed for LARP.
The entire Costume is handmade by myself, mostly hand-stitched in all natural Linen fibers. I have used only veg. tan that I tooled dyed and subsequently sewn myself, some of the patterns I got from etsy although I had to customize them for a better fit myself.
For the bolero i used interfacing from old (but clean!) towels to give it some body. The Mask is made from latex, sculpted in natural clay on a headcast made from plaster. The Mold was made with silicone to achieve a seamless cast. Its Handpainted (no airbrush) and the hair is a cut up wig that was glued onto the latex mask with more latex. To hide the seams, loose strands of Hair were latexed on.
For undergarments I used medieval style leather boots and a hakama (usually found in traditional japanese garments), over which I put a heavily dirtied and grundgified long dress that I distressed using different tools like files, rasps and a special "shredder" I made from epoxy-glueing coring bits together.
I'm sure I forgot a lot of details but overall I worked on it on and off for a month until I was satisfied with the results.

The Crown pictured here is also made from hand tooled Leather and features a "Filigree blind mask" I fashioned with lots of... well, filigree, and tons of epoxy glue to make it sturdy. The "lava-crystal" sat on top of the crown Is also handmade from casting and dying epoxy

On the Left is my Girlfriends Orc that is also entirely handmade. She made most of the Garment, I made the Mask and Armorpieces (from Metal)

Thank you for your time and I hope you like it
