Fallout Power Armor - 2025 Halloween Costume Contest
I made this costume for my 14-year old son who loves the game Fallout. All armor pieces are made from eva foam of various thickness and densities. I 3D modeled the mini-gun's body and barrel spacers. The barrels themselves are made from pvc pipe. The minigun is powered by a 12v cordless drill. The helmet contains 2 green LEDs powered by 2 AA batters and a single ultrabright white LED powered by a single 9v battery. The exhaust hoses are PST-100X Respirator Hose. Underneath the costume he wears either a cybernetic spandex suit, or one that is completely black. The backpack contains a bluetooth speaker that plays Galaxy News Radio taken directly from the video game Fallout 3.
