This is Stephanie an original Character her back story is that is was a mom that couldn’t have kids, and she grew angry until that anger possessed her by own demon and now she appears at the crib of babies and sings them a lullaby and then she eats them till they become a part of her. That’s why created the baby heads their the souls she stolen.
