FX Workshops all over the world and strengthening the professional connections of the world's makeup
Hello everyone, my name is Max, and my brother is Artem. I create Makeup designs, transfer details and tattoos, and many more interesting things, and of course I improve my skills thanks to this wonderful Stan Winston School and this forum. I have devoted more than 10 years to working on various projects in cinema, Artem is a film director, actor, director of editing, and he has almost 30 years of experience in cinema behind his back! We have an interesting idea that we would like to share, perhaps we really hope it will find a response among you.
Here's the thing: people often don't realize that working on a film is a big mechanism, but not everyone understands that working on an image is a laborious process and requires a lot of effort and investment in their own education and development. We used to admire the on-screen achievements in the field of FX make-up, but few people have seen the working conditions in which they are created. It would be a completely different exciting experience, as well as an opportunity to introduce the viewer to very talented people in the field of FX.
For the past 2 years, we have been expanding creative ties in the makeup community and believe that the studio and individual talented artists have something to proudly show the curious audience.
We are from Russia, in addition to the fact that we work in cinema, we have had a store since 2008 in which, in addition to products from the world's leading manufacturers of special effects such as AFX Company, Ripper FX. maekup, KD 151, PPI, Mouldlife and others, our small FX studio exists and now we travel and meet colleagues all over the world live to the world! Because we believe that despite the political situation in the world, art should be above everything else and it is invaluable to be friends, share experiences, generate ideas and work in an international team.
