Created my version of a new Disney Haunted Mansion character

I wanted to make a mask and get the feel and vibe of the classic styles designed by Disney Imagineer Blaine Gibson. He was an original Imaginner for Disney's Hanted Mansion attraction and so many other attractions. I came up with this character which I named Cretin Ghoulby. I also made another casting and finished him in the style of Pirates Of The Carribean. I sculpted him in WED clay and molded him in Ultracal 30 gypsum. It was tricky to not make him too cartoony, but just on the edge of whimsical. I'm planning on doing more in this style.

    Awesome! Definitely fits well into both themes - I feel like PoTC especially. Brownie points for using WED clay for a Disney project ;)

    Thanks. I only use WED clay for my sculptures.
