Krampus Submission
Inspired by the work of Weta Workshop for the 2015 film Krampus, This latex full mask was sculpted in numerous pieces using Chavant NSP clay (head, horns, ears and mouth pallets), molded with ultra cal and cast in black lagoon latex. The horns are foam filled with Foam-it V and poseable rods inserted. Grommets were added, the horns and mouth pallets were attached and seamed, it was painted using createx paints and hair glued on using mod podge. Finally a hockey mask strap was used to finish the piece so that Krampus could wear Santa’s face.
Photoshoot included myself as Krampus and Lilith Fury as the unfortunate soul finding the severed head gifted to her by Krampus on Christmas Eve
