Alien Creature for Short Film
Hello, all!
Excited to share my (first time) work.

This is an alien creature I have made for a short film, I'm actually filming this upcoming weekend. I t has three legs- two in the front, one in the back. It's about the size of a Labrador. Has no mouth but has 6 tentacles coming out of ribbed protuberances on the bottom of the head. Neck attaches at the back of the head. It has a long, slender body which comes to more or less a point, where the rear leg is.
I had a lot of fun creating this for the film, and I really hope he (it) pops on screen. The eyes are resin 3d printed with glow-in-the-dark pupils and clear resin on the outside. Tentacles are those snake toys we had as kids. The whole thing is coated in latex and paper towels and painted. I wanted something I hadn't really seen before, and definitely not a "guy in a suit". This achieves what I set out to make, and is pretty unique, I think.
I know it's not the coolest thing on this site, but I'm pretty darn proud. It's the first creature I've ever built. I'm 40 years old, so not looking for praise, but I just wanted to share. Thanks, all!
