DRAXON - Original Alien Creature Mask
This is a wearable latex mask I created of an original alien creature that I named Draxon. I wanted to make an alien creature that was more on the monster side with big fangs and a bloody mouth. There are small slits above the eye and in the fold of the brow where you can see out of. The teeth and gums were sculpted separately and cast in rigid plastic and then glued in the mouth with epoxy. The tip of the tongue was also sculpted separately and attached with Monster Patch DNA before painting began. I gave him a layered paint job and wanted to make him look a bit dirty and weathered like he's been out and about getting into trouble on all the worlds and planets he goes to. I made 2 color versions. Not sure which Ia prefer, so I'm posting both!
