Salisbury Steak the Paper Mache Darling

Introducing Salisbury Steak, the cutest girly girl in 4th grade. Struck by a wave of imagination during a 9am smoke break at work, I began doodling new costume ideas to include into my collection of absurd characters. Salisbury Steak is a (very) large mascot head made of paper mache and clay. Her individually sculpted teeth give her a menacing yet innocent smile. Clear Christmas ornaments give her eyes a glossy, welcoming facade, hiding her true intentions. Her head is a cardboard and masking tape base with layers of paper mache to give it structure, paper mache and cotton for her facial details, and air dry and foam clay for her gums and teeth, flooded with a glossy top coat for a wet slobbery smile. And we cant forget her cutesy felt hair bows for a finishing touch. Under her nose is a painted strip of nylon to aid in breathing while wearing her.
