7ft tall skeleton puppet costume
I started with a marching band harness and built the whole thing around that. The base is a 7-foot skeleton with all the joints loosened for natural movement. I extended the arms with dowels, added a flexible hand for articulation, and customized the skull with a 3D-printed crown. I used spooky fabric, glued it in place, and painted everything a realistic bone color with shading, keeping it light enough to stand out in dark settings.
