Saw a helmet and said heck yeah I’m making it

Saw a helmet from a game I play, Dage the evil. Decided I was going to make a helmet, I’ll be honest though. The horns are going to be a pain. My goal is to find a lighter way of making them, I’m probably going to try EVA foam. I need them to be sturdy and a challenge is space for wiring. There will be an entire LED face panel for the visor.

    Love the texture on it! What method did you use to pattern the helmet?

    Cardboard and duct tape with sharpie. I use cardboard for patterns instead of paper when it comes to armor because its width allows more accuracy to the foam in thickness and how it bends.
