My Predator cosplay is made completely from Eva foam. The bio Helmet is Eva foam with magnets inside to attach to face. The face was heat shaped and detailed from lightweight Eva foam, the dreads are made from foam pipe tubing. The gauntlets, shoulder cannon armour is all made and detailed from Eva foam, the blades are made from mdf. The necklace and trophy sash are all hand shaped from foam. The feet have wood platforms hidden inside to make the suit taller. I am 5’9 and with the suit on stands 6’7. 1
