Do you wanna party?
My costume is based off of the poster art from Return of the Living dead. I used a foam latex skull appliance, stick on helmet Mohawk, clack cream makeup base with neon green face paint over it. One eye is blacked out with a sclera contact lens. The other eye is covered with a modified eyeball ping pong ball so I can at least somewhat see out of it. After that I mixed some black light reflective green paint with some gelatin and dripped it all over my head. Finishing touches were the green skeleton shirt and my trusty battle vest.
