Hi! Here some pics of the fire demon makeup(Balrog) made for Effectus sfx makeup contest.
I made the prostetich face and neck in Cbm foam latex and the cape in latex to add on some effects.
Teeth made in smootcast urethane resin, horns made in hd foam fullfilled with poliyuretan foam. I added the fire crest modeling it with some cotton. Under it , over the head there was some leds stripes animated with an Arduino ( ubicated on the back) and a smoker. I also added leds in the mouth and in the eyes. The rest of the body was casted in rd 407 latex. Weapons made in foam hd and cotton plus leds. I also made a complete mask from this makeup's molds. Under a video demo of the mask.
