"Tony" - Monster Suit
This guys name is Tony, he's a monster I designed and built for a proof of concept short film titled, And We Danced. The film was directed by my friend Kason Culley who also wore the suit for the production (pictured below on set). The majority of the suit was hand-sculpted out of air dry foam clay aside from some 3D printed elements on the gloves then attached to a green body suit. The claws had to be articulated for the film and the eyes needed some glow, which I used some red LEDs for. The design was partially inspired by the Gill-man from Creature from the Black Lagoon, as well as the Xenomorph from Alien, and a praying mantis.
