Gruffy my animatronic that I started 3 years ago and has been added onto since then. He has 128 channels of DMX, 8 110v dimmers, 2 high power speakers, a fm radio transmitter, 2 lasers, a moving head light, a geyser P5, and 5 par lights. He has an aluminum extruded x-rail frame from acrobotics and wheels to move him around. He uses a Boobox Flexmax, a servo DMX, and a 3 axis talking skull. The first year he was an old man in a cabin (that’s where the name Gruffy came from) and now he has become a voodoo skeleton that performs in a light show every Halloween.
he is the main character of my home haunt, Haunted Swamp Adventure. Which is over 1,000 sq. feet and has a swamp, an abandoned factory, a voodoo cabin, and much more.
