Mr. Grinch by 3MStudiosFX
I wanted to share this Grinch bust I recently made! This bust is based on the phenomenal work by Rick Baker and his crew that was applied onto Jim Carrey in Ron Howard's How the Grinch Stole Christmas. I sculpted in WED clay, molded in plaster, and cast in latex. I foam-filled the head and created resin eyes to install into the head. I made a pattern for his green fur, and glued it onto the bust. I laid his hairline with some green crepe hair and pros-aide.
