The Green Man
Here is my second entry the Green Man. When I came up with the idea for this fellow I wanted to do a forest creature who is perhaps not evil but still dangerous if provoked. I'm sure fans of HellBoy will spot a likeness in design to some of the creatures from the movies. This was done as a full foam latex prosthetic in 3 parts, sculpted in NSP medium. The hair was hand punched. All the bark is simple latex cured in plater moulds off real tree bark. Painted in acrylics and dry brushed. The prosthetic was painted with PAX system and skin illustrator.
