IWS Art Department Concept Design of a man with an early-stage flesh-eating disease epidemic that has broken out from an underground top-secret research facility nearby a small rural town in New Jersey on the outskirts of the Delaware River bordering Pennsylvania. For a short film done with Wacom Cintiq 21 and Adobe Photoshop.
