Orc Queen Costume
This is my orc queen costume I wore to a ren faire recently.
The green bodysuit is a zentai suit that I painted on to look like muscles. I also sewed the belt I am wearing.
The shoes/feet were made by me as well.
I constructed them by taking a pair of water shoes, shaping the feet and toes with cotton balls and layering latex over it. Then I painted them with pax paint. The nails were made with polymer clay. The brown faux-suede straps I stitched together and added a zipper to make them easier to slide on and off.
The axe was constructed by me, as well. It's made of thick EVA foam that I carved and painted.
The facial appliances (brow, cheek and nose) were all sculpted and run by myself. I did all of the make-up work, and I made the tusks with Instamorph.
