I did this earlier this summer, and I believe, aside from the scarf and warhammers (I did paint them though), I made everything here - the prosthetics (the hands were a new thing I tried and while they weren't super successful, I think they still worked pretty well and held up way better than I expected), the entire costume, all the leatherwork and even the mug.

The model did supply his own beard, that's not a lace beard or hand laid, it's the real thing.
